We purchased three large appliances on August **, ****. We received them on September *rd. The stove and dishwasher seemed to register okay....but we had a problem with the refrigerator. That's when we saw that it was * *** years old. A week later...I went to the Best Buy where it was purchased and asked to take it back and send us a NEW one...we paid for a NEW one..not one that sat in a warehouse for * *** years. First the manager went on the offensive and said no way would he open a box...of try to see when they were manufactured..just get a refund. I went back to him and told him I came there to see him and get this issue resolved. After that...we went to the appliance dept. and he said he would send me a NEW one. Two days later.. I received another one...and this one was * years old ! I spent hard earned money on a NEW refrigerator...not something that has been sitting in a warehouse for * years and outdated with old options. The first was purchased on August ** and the second was delivered on September **th. There is no sign saying after we get your money...we will send you something that has been sitting in our warehouse for this long period! This is totally unacceptable! I have contacted Samsung and now getting back to you. Please respond to my email...*****@***.com . This was Best Buy at White Marsh, Maryland.
