I placed an order online for a MacBook for my daughter to pick up at a store in NYC. After my card was processed and the money taken out of my account, Best Buy canceled my order. I was told I needed to place a new order at that time, which I did. Best Buy took the money for the second order out of my account as well, which has now cleared. However, the first order has not yet been released and the money is still missing from my account. Because of this, I now have other bills which are late due to this money being held up by Best Buy. The order also took over ** hours to be ready for pick up. I was unable to speak with anyone on the phone as I was on hold for over an hour and then was disconnected. I had to go to my local store to speak with a manager, who was a delight. Because of her, I did not cancel this order all together. My daughter finally was able to pick up her new Mac Book the following day, however, I still have yet to receive my "refund" for the first order that was canceled by Best Buy. I am very unhappy with this entire experience. This was my first time ordering online from Best Buy and unfortunately, my last. I was told to expect my refund within **-** hrs. These orders were placed on Friday, *********. The order* that was canceled was BBY**-************. Please advise when I will be expecting the release of these funds.
