I purchased a whirlpool microwave in January of last year at the Best Buy in St. Pete. I was sold a defective microwave and whirlpool will not replace it. They have been out here twice since I purchased it. The same problem keeps happening. The light flickers. It is not the bulb. I expect a refund including installation since I was sold a defective product. I did not purchase an extended warranty but It started when the microwave was several months old.
