My mother purchased an * Ram Memory Card at Best Buy in Greensburg, PA. When this was purchased NOT ONCE were we informed that IF the component does not fit it can't be exchanged or refunded once the package was opened. Although our associate at Best Buy was very helpful, as in he looked up the specific Ram that was needed etc. he failed to mention this item was non-returnable. The manager at Best Buy Greensburg was also rude and stated the same thing. This would have never been purchased if we would have known it was non-returnable and everytime she shops there she pays cash. Obviously since I understand the impact of negative social media I will definately be on Facebook, Twitter and any and all social media platforms since the manager was extremely unhelpful. Mind you we were in person purchasing this item, not through the mail. This is a snipet of your return policy: Refund Method & Timing*With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.**For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within *–* business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to * days after we process the return to reflect on your account.**If you paid more than $*** in cash or more than $*** by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within ** business days.
