The issue in GetHuman-jimscurt's own words
Tried to return unopened box of printer cartridges to store in Union, NJ. I was the first customer of the day. Gave the bag to service rep. She said she needed the receipt. I told her it was in the bag, which was next to her hand. She repeated that she needed the receipt. I once again reminded her it was in the bag. She just looked at me..so I reached over, took the bag from next to her hand, opened it and gave her the receipt.. having never before had this happen anywhere. At no point was the store rep nice, friendly, even smile or courteous. I can only imagine what her **th customer will experience. She told me return date had passed and store no longer stocked the item. I brought it * months ago. Since I felt like I still deserved a possible refund, I asked another store rep to speak with a manager. I waited ** minutes. No manager appeared. Clerk never offered to call for manager again, or request assistance to locate the manager. Clerk said nothing to me at all but just looked at his monitor. Over the years, I have bought at least * computers, * printers, * XM car audio systems and numerous other electrical products. It's all AMAZON from here forward.
GetHuman-jimscurt did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
