The customer service at Best Buy is that best deplorable and totally and utterly disgusting. I call the toll-free number for Best Buy and I was told that I would be on a * minute hold and that they could call me back if I left my phone number with them. I chose for them to call me back and down my phone number. I got a message saying somebody would be calling me back in * minutes. I got a call * minutes later and was told that the next person would be talking to me. I waited for ** minutes on the phone as a result of them trying to reach me right away they need to get a life really. If that is the customer service that Best Buy is offering us imagine what ***** products they're delivering to people's homes. If Best Buy wants to hear more from me they need to call me at ***-***-****. Their customer service is in the store is the worst of all. Best Buy does not give you an option to speak to somebody about your issue or product availability the simply throw it in your lap and wants you to go online and check stuff out like senior citizens have a time to go online and really look for the product. One thing is for sure the customer service needs to be rammed up shaved up and propped up without that their customer base is going to dry out
