Help me to find in store one product with all components inside ... I buy * open item at la Jolla Best Buy. Sony Htct*** *.* ch soundbar. When I open the box it is not with all items as manual. There is no remote control, no hdmi cable, manual and others. The box inform that it was approved and all items is included inside. I return to the customer service and they proposal to give me a discount considering items not ok. They do not have peaches to replace. The price with the components is more expensive the price I pay. I would like to received from bestbuy one product with the all components. Please help me to find one
