Get it delivered and installed. ... It has taken me about a half hour on two phone calls to get the delivery and installation rescheduled for an over the range microwave. Further, I was asked for name, address, and phone number a total of six times on two calls. Finally, the reschedule was sent by text for Saturday, September *, from ** to *, but in another message it's from ** to *. I'll be here all day, just hoping I don't have to provide name, address, and phone number again.
How hard and how much time it takes to deal with the people on the phone. Plus, the service date was changed and a few hours later I received a text advising me I needed to reschedule - again. I called and was told to ignore the text.
Ditch the recorded messages and answer the phone with a human being.
If the microwave isn't installed with the current appointment, I'm cancelling the order and going elsewhere.
