ORDER:*BBYTX-*************I am writing to you regarding my very difficult and expensive problem associated with the installation of my Best Buy Samsung washer and dryer at my condo located in Texas. I am stationed in Afghanistan and made three special trips to Texas to get my washer and dryer installed and still had to end up spending ***.** to get it installed by a separate plumber. Here is what happened:**. Attempt one: On first attempt my washer was dropped by delivery people or at warehouse and could not be installed but had to be returned by delivery drop off people due to damage.**. Attempt *: New washer and dryer arrived but Installers could not install the washer and dryer because they said I did not have the "stacking bar" required for installation. I told them I had purchased all of the items required for installation and this was not listed so again the washer and dryer could not be installed but were left in my living room. The installers did view my space for the washer dryer installation but said it was better not to put them in that space because they would just have to be moved again.*Attempt *: The same installers returned to my condo and said they could not install the washer and dryer because the valves were corroded and would have to be replaced by a plumber. They saw these valves during visit * but said nothing to advise of me of this in advance of attempt *.*I then had to call a plumber and paid $*** dollars to have the two small valves replaced and the washer dryer installed. I made three trips to Texas over many months and Best Buy never installed my washer and dryer. I spent hundreds of dollars flying to Texas from Afghanistan, incurred plumbing charges and had to wait over * months to get my washer dryer in place. Honestly, I love Best Buy but this experience has made me very weary of buying any future needed appliances from Best Buy if this is the kind of customer service I receive. I am very disappointed to say the least and believe that as a loyal customer my account should be credited, at a minimum, a discount on the appliances and the amount I had to pay an outside plumber to do what Best Buy should have done. Please escalate this matter to someone of authority within Best Buy. Mary Aguirre, Esq.
