I purchased over $**** in items at your store around the Memorial day weekend, Included was insurance on * Galaxy phones.* Unfortunately, I lost one of the phones and after a month of looking, I called to activate my insurance. I found out that I had to pay some sort of up Cost. Since I only paid $*** for the phone Including the $*** insurance policy all I would be receiving back was a $***.*I would like the $*** returned for this policy which was quite worthless.I bought a new phone from Amazon.
