I purchased a Samsung TV and upon open it the TV was damaged.**I brought the TV to your Eden prairie store and the manager told me it was my fault and Best Buy will not exchange it.**I can’t even explain the frustration I have. When I buy an expensive electronic I expect the item to not be broken. Also I was accused of fault by the Best Buy staff.**There is no way for you staff to know who was at fault. This item could have been dropped over the thousands of miles traveled to get into your store.***I am in total disbelief. I used to be a regular customer but after my experi nice today I would rather shop elsewhere.
