I received a letter indicating that I am not eligible for your credit card. I never used your credit card but thought I would apply for one. I was turned down because you went through one of the credit card service, I believe Experian and they have never given me a positive feedback. I give Best Buy a lot of business, however, I guess you don't look at the past record. I can always go to another store and purchase what I need. So I wish you would consider my credit history with Best Buy not credit bureaus. Thank you. Virginia Pleban
