I bought a router that everytime it gets disconnected from the internet I have to spend * hours with the Netgear tech support team essentially factory resetting the router and I want to exchange it for the same model just a different one because there's something wrong with this router I bought the router on July **st it is currently August **th it hasn't even been a full month and this is the third time I've had to try to fix this thing.
GetHuman-tarynhel did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
