I just saw that I have been charged interest for a purchase I made last year. I thought the interest free period was ** months but I think that is not the case. I have been having financial hardship lately and I cannot afford to pay the interest so I was just pleading with you guys to waive the interest for me and I will pay the remaining amount in two payments. I have been a Best Buy customer for a while and would not want to leave because of a small mistake. I would really appreciate if you can help only this time and waive the interest for me to continue being a Best Buy customer.Thank you.
