I just saw my bill and I have seen I have been charged interest which is very high. I thought my interest free period was ** months but from what I can see it wasn’t. I have been some hardships in life recently and was not able to pay more than the minimum payment. I would plead with you guys to waive the interest fee and I would pay my balance in two installments. I have been a Best Buy customer for a while and would like to remain a customer and purchase more goods in the future. If I knew the grace period was less than ** months I would have cleared my balance before then. I would really appreciate if you could waive the interest fee for me as I cannot afford to pay. Thank you.
