The issue in GetHuman-colenich's own words
I have had two very poor experiences within the month. My first one is, I had purchased the geek squad warranty with my phone, and I never had to use it until I wanted to get my phone speaker and battery fixed. All was well until geek squad tells me it is now $*** for a replacement. I owe less than $*** on this current phone so how does that even make it worth it for me to pay the monthly fee? They claimed I should have been told in store. I feel like I was dealing with a car salesmen inside because all the information that was withheld from me. Second case, because my phone is no longer working very well, I called in to Best Buy during the sale and asked if they had the phone I wanted. Turns out they had it and it was on sale, so they said they would put it aside for me as i live an hour out of town. I get to the store and they said apparently they can’t hold items during the sale and had sold the phone they put away for me. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied. I always enjoyed going to Best Buy because for the most part I got good service and talked to knowledgeable staff. I don’t feel that any more. Thank you for your time, *Cole
