After speaking with customer service (hard to understand)it became clear that best buy wasn't going to help resolve this.so I will just take my business elsewhere.....

Not pay full price ,to replace an item I JUST bought in december!! Which were defective by no fault of my own ..... ... Bought a pair of Beat headphones for my daughter at Christmas. *One of the earbuds came loose and I went into Best Buy and was told that they could send them in and if they can't repair them they would probably just replace them because I just bought them in December I just got a phone call from your Geek Squad telling me Oh Apple won't cover on you have to buy a brand new pair I'm just appalled at the fact that Best Buy can't help me at all and they're saying that I should have bought some kind of extended warranty AppleCare when I made the purchase which at the time was over a $*** purchase nobody at the register ever asked me if I wanted any kind of extended care and I just figured you know you buy something within the year you should have some kind of guarantees but the guy on the phone just now just told me well I can get them back for you but if you don't want to buy a new pair of headphones I don't know what you're going to do so just the lack of concern or any kind of any customer service I just think I will be cutting up my Best Buy card and never going back I'll just from now on get all my electronic needs through Amazon unbelievable
I expected to be treated like my business was important to you.
I'd be willing to pay for half of the original price which was $***.** .
I will not buy anything from best buy again.
