I went to get my phone fixed at best buy on Thursday of last week, a week later and it still hasn't been fixed they told us they needed to order the part and they didn't even order it the first time I had to call * times just so they would order the part and on top of that the deal where they fix it same day, an employee straight up said they aren't going to be done in a day its gonna take at least * so on top of all the hassle I was lied to about the deal. Your employees are making it seem like me just asking them to do their job is a burden to them. It has been a week since I originally went in and I still haven't even gotten a chance to go in and get it fixed, I don't know what kind of customer service you call that but I think its pretty awful and I can't even get it fixed the same day which is what was promoted, so I have to deal with employees that absolutely don't care at all about fixing my phone I was lied to in the advertisement.
