Help with my Best Buy issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Best Buy help.

I purchased a refrigerator, order * *************. The Delivery date was delayed by one week because the Item was out of Stock. Then the second Delivery date was missed. It was first scheduled for *-** but then changed to *:** - *:**. The delivery did not arrive until *:** and when it arrived, I had to do most of the work. I had to help take the doors off of the Regrigerator. I was asked, and did remove my front door (unnecessarily). I removed the doors on the Fridge. I helped put the Fridge back together. The installer hit my doorway on the way into the house denting the doorway of my brand new home and also scratched my floor. The installation was not finished until after *:** pm and he never leveled the Fridge, I had to do that myself. This caused me to miss the return of my U-haul moving truck, which was scheduled back at *:**. I kept waiting for the deliver because we needed a fridge and the driver kept telling us he was a half an hour away and we didn't want to miss him. This resulted in a second ** hour charge for the U-haul. While this was all happening, I talked to a Supervisor named Renee that assured me he would follow up on the Monday following the move, which he did not. He also assured me that I would get a call from Best Buy Corporate and that he left detailed notes on my account, this also never happened.**I am happy with the Fridge, but I could have bought it anywhere. I went to Best Buy because I thought that the service would be better. This was the worst customer experience I have had to memory. I will probably never make a big purchase at Best Buy again and I am prepared to tell everyone that I know about this horrible experience. I want to know how this can be fixed.
