I USED TO buy my tech from Best Buy in Garner. Now I question that wisdom. After buying a Total Tech Support subscription, and having them refuse to even look at my wife's printer ("we don't fix printers")* having dialed the Garner * and their menu NOT functioning* Having gotten a tech on the phone, and him disconnecting me...Having dialed the customer service number and speaking with someone in (Asia??)...I finally had someone reach the local BB manager in North Carolina, who assured me that they will have someone available from Geek Squad this afternoon. I'm burned-out.
GetHuman-mjsmart did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
