Hello,*A brief history to our issue. My wife searched hi and low for a certain size refrigerator with certain amenities and found a Samsung model that met the specs she was looking for. After a lengthy search from one of the the reps at your Danvers,MA store they were able to locate one. It was shipped to the store for inspection as it was the last one. When we arrived we were told that it was previously delivered but in new condition and we're sold the unit as open box. *This is where things get crazy. It was delivered *rd party from who ever they use for delivery's but never wrapped to protect it during. The refrigerator arrived with substantial damage to the side and front left door and was sent back. A couple of days later we were contacted by the store and told they found another one. A week later it was delivered upon off loading from the truck I noticed a dent in the similar location that the previous on arrived with only to discover that they had shipped me the same one that I had sent back a week earlier it even had the paperwork we had previously signed. *Best buy looked into it and decided to contact Samsung direct and get us a replacement. Which was fine but then we were notified that Samsung was in the process of redoing the line and it was going to be another month before we received it . *So after almost * months without a refrigerator the new one finally arrived. Since then we have had to put in calls to the warranty department at least * times as the refrigerator section and ice maker completely stopped working thus causing multiple times we had to discard spoiled food in conjunction with taking time off from work to be present for it to be serviced.*After the last repair it was determined that the unit was better off being replaced rather than keep putting time and money into it . I asked how it works and was told that a comparable replacement would be offered. *We went to the store in Danvers, Ma today to see what our options were. We we're then told that because we were only charged the open box price (which was mainly because of inconvenience)*That we would only be eligible for our original price paid which is at least half or maybe even less than a replacement. *This is unacceptable after all of the issues and time taken off to deal with.*Please respond.**Sincerely,*Joe Biondo**** ***-****
