This was the *th time in a week I contacted Bestbuy because of the same problem which never gets fixed. The tech. wanted to sell me a new policy. I wasn't interested at this time. Meanwhile the remote execute thing didn'*t work. So then he wanted to sell me a new phone ap. I still was not interested. I wanted my computer fixed. We have a contract with you. So then he disconnected me. This is very disappointing that Geek Squad would permit this sort of behavior!
GetHuman-mikeab did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
