I purchased an Epson scanner from Best Buy, model workforce WF-****. I purchased the two-year protection plan with the scanner. The two-year protection plan entitles me to upgrade to a better unit at any point during the two years. I would like to use the upgrade plan today. I want to purchase a better device through the Best Buy website. I want to pick up the device in the store tomorrow. I need help making that purchase, through the website, using the upgrade feature of the two-year protection plan.
