I ordered an internal hard drive (Western Digital WDBH*D****HNC-NRSN SKU *******) on ******* order * BBY**-************. It has been failing for awhile now. My current smart test with HDDScan counted more than ****** bad blocks. I know that it is no longer in your warranty, but I noticed that the manufacturer's is two years. I take excellent care of my computer. I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair. The computer is my main interface to the outside world. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect more from this product. Furthermore, your geeks did not want to come out to install it. I had to pay an outsider to do it. Give me some options. This thing won't last much longer.
