On Aug *, I ordered a Whirlpool microwave and scheduled a delivery. I got an email *yesterday telling me I have to call and change the schedule date, which I did.*I talked to a lady who changed my appointment to Sept. *. I got an email confirming*that date. Right after that email, I got another amail telling me the delivery date has *changed to Oct. *. I called you yesterday to find out what was going on. After waiting for*** minutes I finally got someone to talk to. After I explained my concern, he told me he*was check into it and then put me on hold. After a few minutes, my phone went dead and*got the dial down . I can’t believe he hung up on me. As a senior citizen, I can’t take*any more frustration!. Can you please cancel that order and credit my credit card??

To fix this problem, DO NOT shop at Worst Buy. It was the worst experience I have ever had buying something on line!!!!
