I bought my mothet a TV as a surprise but she wants to return it. When the TV was bought, my friend used his best buy credit card to buy it, not me. My mother lives over * hours away from me. I have * questions. When I use the merchandise return form, do I put the person's name who bought it or the person's name who received it as the name and is there any possible way they can pick it up from the house it was sent to?
