I placed an order on August *rd I received a confirmation email regarding that order. Apparently the order was canceled and I never received an email letting me know. I called your customer service line yesterday and the representative I spoke to insisted that I received the email. No matter how many times I told her I did not receive an email that's why I was calling because I found out to day that my order was not there. And then again she blamed my email. I also had an issue with your college savings certificate which I applied To this order what you canceled. I tried to place the order again and was unable to use that discount because it said I had already used it. Even though The order was canceled. I'm very disappointed in your customer service.
