Update receipts ... I was contacted by a customer care service and upon conversation my request was that I needed best buy to cover for the warranty for * years that I pay for and instead of me paying for it best buy would honored and to my understanding that is what the customer service representative told me he said " you requested to be compensated for the haul away and the * year warranty" and I said yes and then he said " I can do that for you and this would appear as a payment in your credit card" and to my understanding best buy is honoring that request I made for not only all the damages but also for all the hustle of having to have lost * days of work waiting for a delivery and a haul away that dos not happend the days they were supposed to and and the delivery people being late the first * times for an hour on the timeframes they gave and now that a checked. My receipt your customer representative just did a refund of both things the haul away and the * year warranty which is not what I requested, like I said I want best buy to honor the * year warranty for the refrigerator at no cost to me so it should be included in the receipt and also need a geek squad because something from the bottom freezer fell off as soon as I opened so I wasnt even able to put my frozen items and had * non working fridges in my house sitting on the living room and all my food got spoiled so I would ask you kindly to resolve this problem! Not only that I wasnt even asked about the scratch on the floor which now I am planning on getting an estimate for. Thank you I hope to hear from you as soon as possible
