Still not fixed, over the phone customer service and calling the store has done absolutely nothing

Hello, **So I paid off my phone from Verizon and I wanted a new phone. I saw a deal that I could get the Galaxy S** **GB for ***.** at best buy.**I came into the store (Oakdale, MN), and saw a different deal. If I bought an unlocked S** for ***.** and activated later (or ***.** activated that day) I would be given $*** off of a new Samsung Chromebook.**My phone was paid off so I could have just put my SIM from my old android into the new one and kept making normal service payments to Verizon.**My technician was very nice, and new, so he asked for help when I inquired about this offer. The person who helped us just said I'd have to pay over $***.** dollars * tax to get this deal but according to the website this is not so. I have included the link to this deal.**I have talked to online support already and after about ** minutes they told me to contact the store. I just called the store and they told me they couldn't do anything either unless I drove another hour back to the store. The technicians didn't look into this deal so I don't want to have to pay for a reboxing fee and more fuel to go back and do what they could have done the first time.**I am hoping someone would consider this more, we spend thousands of dollars at BestBuy. We get our computers, printers, tablets, laptops, etc., all from Best Buy.**If I had paid $**.** more I would have had the same exact phone I have now but it would have been unlocked and I would have been given $*** towards a samsung chrome book. I have included the link.**I am asking if someone would be willing to give this a serious look through because I am essentially losing out on $***.** (since I would have had to pay ***.** vs. the ***.** that I paid) towards a new chrome book because the technicians that helped me didn't look into **I'm really just looking for the difference, which would be around $***.** towards the Chromebook that I could have had taken care of yesterday if the more experienced tech had looked into this more.

Best Buy marked this as fixed, they have not fixed anything. I have been contacting Reps and I'm getting the run around
