The issue in GetHuman-lacey_pe's own words
On July **, **** I had appliances delivered to my house. Upon delivery, the delivery drivers (who are not employees of Best Buy) informed me that the Best Buy employees had my stove (unpackaged) on the dolley and had the stove handle leaning up against the dolley. Obviously, the stove handle was damaged due to this carelessness. The delivery drivers offered me a $*** gift card for Best Buy due to the inconvenience of receiving a damaged product. I filled out the form and decided on the electronic version of the gift card. Well, it is now July ** and I was told that the electronic gift card would only take * - * days to receive via email. I have contacted the store on * other occasions and have gotten no response back. I find Best Buys customer service extremely inadequate due to the fact that no one has called me to apologize for the carelessness in the first place and the fact that I haven’t received an electronic gift card. Hence why I have now resorted to electronic communication. **Val *: **** **** **** *****Order *: **** *** ******I expect to hear back from someone and to be compensated for this mistake on Best Buys behalf.**Thank you for your time,*Lacey Perry
