Toshiba Fire TV Edition TF-**A***U**. From Cox Evolution to all three HDMI inputs to the tv, I get the picture, but no sound. I connected my laptop to the HDMI input and played a video and got sound. I get sound from other tv apps, Netflix in particular. I worked with COX first and everything appears to be on their end. I also connected the minibox to the HDMI of my Samsung and the picture and volume worked. What can I do.
