The issue in GetHuman-jumbadud's own words
Ok so I keep calling Best buy Regarding my order *BBY**-************and the response I get is VERY unclear. I first called around January * February of this year and they told me the refund for the laptop was going to be given to me in *-* PayPal billing cycles which is like *-* months (not even). It’s been well over * PayPal billing cycles so I call again today (July **nd) and get the same response as I did a couple of months ago saying it would be another *-* PayPal billing cycles... I feel cheated out and it seems as if I won’t be getting money back and they are just stalling time so I forget about it like I almost did. I’m only emailing because most of the people I talk to on customer service are hard to understand and I would like a written response. Sorry for bothering you guys but has gotten really annoying. Anyways thanks for the response.
