The issue in GetHuman-grpalm's own words
This week we shopped at Best Buy in Clearwater FL and had a bad experience. James showed us the smart tvs. We chose one and he were told that the tv we wanted was not available "anywhere in FL" and were guided to a tv that was $*** more. We left the store. I returned the next day and had a different sales associate who told us the tv was available in the Port Richey store as well as in a store in South Tampa. When you are lied to about the availability of a product, it undermines the trust in the store and the corporation. I don't think this is the image Best Buy wants to convey. In trying to email the store directly the email link on the store page does not work. I would like the name of the general manager and his email address so we can make him aware of the situation and have him take steps to insure it doesn't happen to anyone else.*We purchased the from the Port Richey store and our experience was entirely different.
