Seriously? I don't think I could be any clearer.**Duh . My garbage disposal broke.*I needed a new one.*I went on a site that repaired appliances and they connected me to Best Buy.*I told them I needed a garage disposal.*They asked me what kind?*I looked at my garbage disposal and told the make.*They said yes they had it.*I bought it over the phone and set up an appointment on ******* to get it put in.*They said they would send me the disposal.*They called and confirmed the appointment to install it on ******* between * and **.*I asked if they were sending the disposal they said NO the installer would bring it with him.*They called again twice more to leave messages for the installation.*They arrived at *:**AM on *******.*They did NOT have the disposal. They wanted to know where it was. I told them that i was told they would bring it. Prior to that I was told it would be delivered. It was NOT DELIVERED.*They then returned to the Concord Mall Best Buy and called me at about **:** and said they asked and no there was no disposal and they didn't know about it.*Shame they wasted my morning.*Shame they wasted * hours of their workday .*What does Best Buy plan to do about this?????????*Ruth Wren**** Lake George Circle*West Chester,Pa ********* ***-**********@***.com.
