Dear Best Buy Customer Service,**I think I will not shop at Best Buy ANY MORE unless this incident can be resolved in a satisfactory manner. For a big retail store like yours, losing one customer will have hardly any effect, but I will make my complain anyway.**My old TV broke.**On July *, I bought a SamSung **" TV for $***.** from BestBuy in Gateway Center in Brooklyn, NY. The reason I picked Best Buy for the TV among others Electronic stores because I have a $**.** credit from my previous purchase of a $***.** Laptop, I bought the laptop from your store because I have a BestBuy credit card and also because of your good reputation.**The new TV works fine, as for the broken TV, I am environment friendly, so a couple of days later, on July *, I brought the broken TV back to the same store for recycling, as far as I know, and a lot of my friends mention about this,*"If you buy a TV from them, they will take the old one back for recycling free of charge." In fact, my daughter has just done so in PC Richard store.**To my surprise, your store refused to take the old TV back unless I pay $**.** fee, I showed the receipt that I just bought the TV * days ago, the clerk spoke to one of the manager, did not make any difference, he insisted. I have no other choice, unless I throw the brioken TV in the garbage which I do not want to. So I paid the $**.** recycling fee with my BestBuy credit card.**I am a senior citizen, I was glad that you issued me your store credit card, as far as for credit score, that is not important to me anymore.***Patrick Mo
