On June **th of this year, I purchased a Sony Camcorder. I did not use it and attempted to return it today - within the ** day allowable window for Elite Members. When I got to the store I was informed that I was no longer Elite. The employee went to find some manager to see if they'd still take it back. He or she had no interest in my situation and didn't even take the time to come and speak with me. Instead, he sent the employee back stating they would not take the unit back as I had only ** days. **When I had originally asked for a receipt at pick-up they told me the stickers on the boxes with their initials on it would suffice with security and that the receipt was on file. Had I been supplied with a real receipt, I would have seen the downgrade in status. **Your manager at the Flower Mound, TX location has basically confirmed your company does not care about its customers. I've bought enough there that I was Elite in January ** when I bought a printer.... To fix the problem, I want to return the camera. The employee at the return desk has already confirmed it has not been used and is in perfect condition.
