Lgsj* soundbar purchase March **st ****. Contacted lg two weeks ago about subwoofer cutting out and garbled sound. Only got reset help no other help offered. Last night watching videos on tv with bar set in music mode sound just turned itself down. Checked all settings and all were correct. Powered off and back on and sound went back to normal for a few seconds then the unit turned sound down again. Repeated step and same thing. It does it on all sound modes now. So put dvd in and sound is noticeably lower than normal now, even at max volume it is not playing as it should . This sound bar at *** is not very good and my Samsung Blu-ray sound system at *** for the set up plays better and louder . I am very upset at the prospect of having to pay for this over the next two years on my Best Buy card and eat $*** for a worthless piece of electronics that make me angry every time I try and use it. Not satisfied. Sales pitch on this unit was incorrect. Now it’s having internal issues. I’d like to know what can be done? Yes it is connected correctly and all settings correct. To max as well on eq. Purchased from fort Myers Florida Best Buy.
