Hello,**I ordered an item (Belkin Router), order number BBY**-************ on April **, ****. At the time of the order your web site was showing the item as being in stock. The item was showing as "processing" for a week. When I called inquiring about the item I was told "It is getting ready to ship". This went on for the next four (*) weeks. I would call and each time I was assured the item would be shipped soon. Then on June *th I received an email informing we the item was no longer in stock and the order was canceled. **I wasted six weeks of my time waiting for this router to only be told over and over again it was getting ready and to hold on a little longer. I shop often at your company, but I will definite think twice before I shop your site again. I could have shopped anywhere, but I chose Best Buy.**I see you have an Asus router SKU: ******* for almost the same price as was the Belkin router. I would like to get this router for the sale price I was quoted for the original Belkin.*Thanks for your understanding and consideration in this matter.
