I made a purchase on the *th June **** for a Samsung tv (UN**MU****FXZA) and Samsung soundbar( hw-m****za) . The order came up $***.** after tax..and it was processed then canceled *minutes later. ORDER **BBYTX-************....then I received a message stating “Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order. ” Can this cancellation order be sent to my bank today? I’m currently living in the Bahamas and I was ordering ahead because I’m going to be in Irving Texas for a few days. I would appreciate it if a cancellation order be sent to my bank today...which is (Royal Bank of Canada)..RBC Bahamas. Or continue the order and send the items I paid for. This a huge inconvenience to me.
GetHuman-allysso did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
