I bought a TV from Best Buy in March. I was told I would get *% cash back via an email. I paid off my TV in full the first month, I still have not received my *% cash back. I have called a few times, each time I get pinged back and forth between rewards and principal support in the credit card section. No one has been able to resolve my issue yet — I had to get off the last call because my flight was leaving (was on the phone over ** minutes). I am trying to resolve this matter efficiently without any more of of my time, please help.
