Below is an email I sent to your customer service. I want someone to call me so we can discuss the issues I have listed below. ***Nadya, **During the memorial Day weekend sale at Best Buy my wife and I purchased $**** worth of appliances at your store. We originally purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven*Stove combo and scheduled at date in early June. A week after we made the purchase I received notice that the Samsung was on back order and could not be delivered until late July and even then it was not guaranteed. They gave us the option of taking the the Kitchen Aid which we did. Between the time the Kitchen Aid microwave oven*stove combo was going to be delivered, June *, we purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and it was to be delivered the same day, June *. When we purchased the washer*dryer the sales person, Isabel was very thorough and made notes on the paper work to have the dryer door switched so it would not interfere with the door in the laundry room. On Wednesday June *th, the washer and dryer arrived and they installed it with no issues. ** minutes after they left we realized the door was never switched over. You need to send a maintenance person out to switch the door. The Kitchen Aid microwave oven*stove combo arrived and when they opened it the glass microwave door was shattered. My wife dealt with you and advised me you were very non- carrying and rude about the issues we have dealt with. **RECAP:***. Could not fulfill the original order**. Failed to switch the door on the dryer as originally requested**. Delivered a damaged product that we are afraid to use**I want your supervisor or manager to call me at ***-***-****. I am also sending this email to your corporate office.
