I ordered a camera lens and despite the delivered email arriving a few days back, I never recieved it. I called my local post office and they said hey would get back to me. I received a call from a UPS representative stating that the order never received a physical scan, but based on the shipping progress, I should have received the item as of Wednesday. The next morning, the same representative called me with an update, stating the shipping progress has not updated as no physical scan can be seen in the system and may be lost in transit. As such, I was advised to contact the shipper (i.e. Best Buy) to open an investigation and try to understand what had happened. My order number is BBY**-************ I would like a refund for this item, for I don’t see any point in paying for something I never received. Thank you for your time.
