I ordered a camera lens and despite the delivered email arriving a few days back, I never recieved it. I called my local post office and they said hey would get back to me. I received a call from a UPS representative stating that the order never received a physical scan, but based on the ****pping progress, I should have received the item as of Wednesday. The next morning, the same representative called me with an update, stating the ****pping progress has not updated as no physical scan can be seen in the system and may be lost in transit. As such, I was advised to contact the ****pper (i.e. Best Buy) to open an investigation and try to understand what had happened. My order number is BBY**-************ I would like a refund for this item, for I don’t see any point in paying for something I never received. Thank you for your time.
I trust that Best Buy will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
