I placed an order for a Moto E* cell phone through americanexpress.com using my rewards points that apparently best buy has not applied to that purchase even though American Express shows that they had applied my points from their end of the transaction. Now that order is on hold showing declined requesting updated payment info from me. American Express didn't know what they could do and there was a ** minute hold time when I called best buy.
GetHuman709977 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
