I recently tried to exchange a dvd at your Liberty ,Mo store . It was denied because of not having a receipt. The video would not play and I just wanted the same title that would work . But it was made clear to me that I was trying to take advantage of the store . So I will keep my bad disc to remind me that if I want something in the future , to look for alternatives to your company.
