The issue in GetHuman-dacraig's own words
Purchased a new HP laptop in a factory sealed box. When I opened the box I discovered a different laptop that was broken. The laptop serial number on the outside of the box was different than the laptop serial number. The laptop was old and out of warranty. Best Buy refused to exchange it when it was brought back the next day. I asked to speak with the manager and was refused (on two separate visits to exchange the broken laptop).**Advertising a produce (the box) but selling you a different product inside the box could be considered fraud.
GetHuman-dacraig did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
