****o,***I received the Samsung watch as a gift.* I do not like the watch as it doesnt hold a charge for more than a day.* I was told from the Best Buy store in Saugus, M*** that I cannot return it because the ** day return policy had p***ed.* My issue is the gift was given after that grace period.* So what I'm told is that there is nothing that can be done.* This is a $*** item and have no use for it.* If you cant refund the money, could you at least give me a store credit?* * I find this policy very unfair and you should be willing to work with me and not against me.
