I can’t reach anyone and I need to talk immediately. I am not receiving mail to remind about my monthly invoices. Because of this, my last payment was recorded late. I have a zero interest for ** month plan for the laptop I recently purchased. I made a payment of $***.** for September. I plan on doing this monthly. However, because this bill is new and I never received a reminder in the mail, I am hoping to remain on the zero interest plan and hope that the added late fee can be revoked just this once. I am a loyal customer and will pay promptly from this point moving forward. How can I be sure I’ll receive a monthly bill?
