My issue is with Geico, my insurance company for the last three years. I recently had an accident that I strongly felt wasn't my fault. I'm pretty good at admitting when I'm wrong. An arbitrator was brought in and decided it was on me. I actually feel betrayed by Geico for not representing me to the fullest in this case. People need to be represented by Facts and Footage. Camera footage from the accident could have been pulled and reviewed, but it wasn't. How can anyone make sound decisions if you don't have All of the facts? I would like for Geico to be less lazy about the footwork and investigation process. The insured should get called Again by the arbitrator during the investigation. Camera footage should be pulled. I want an insurance company that will fight for the right thing. I thought I had one.
