I cancelled my Winston-Salem Journal Subscription because of poor, consistent delivery problems. The paper is supposed to arrive at *:**am. Since December ****, the paper is not in my driveway when I leave for work at *:**am, therefore I did not have access to my paper until after *pm.*This was unacceptable. I canceled the subscription on *.**.**. The subscription was paid on **.**.** in the amount of $**.**. The Journal supposedly reimbursed my account in the amount of and on dates: *January **, **** .** cents*January **, **** $*.***January **, **** .** cents**The account record shows missed papers on *January **, *****January **, *****January **, *****January **, *****January **, *****January **, ******Canceled subscription on January **, ****.**My concern is why is my refund only $**?**I paid for ** weeks subscription.**The Winston-Salem Journal service has never been this awful in all of the years I had subscriptions, which is about ** years.
