I had Bergdorf contact fed Ex to arrange * return pickups from my home.each box contained a pair of Gucci woman’s sneakers. I was only refunded for * of the returns. I have been charged for the other one. I would like the other pair refunded to me as it should be. I am still waiting for a email or phone call about this very upsetting matter
